Early Years Practitioners in a Brand-New School

Are you an Early Years Practitioner looking for a new and exciting challenge with opportunities for future progression?

We are looking for Early Years practitioners, at all stages of their careers, to join St John’s and make it a truly special place.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the opening of a brand-new nursery in an all-through school (2-16 Years) as part of The Vale Academy Trust. We want to create a nursery that sparks children’s curiosity and aspirations through our varied and inspirational provision. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with families and the local community, and want to make our nursery a place of fascination and enjoyment for all children to learn and discover, whatever their needs and abilities.

You must be a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic practitioner who wants to support our children in the first step of their

St Johns journey.

Salary Range: £47,706 - £52,659

Contract Type: Permanent

Accountable to: Head Teacher

The Headteacher and governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our team. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER IN BRAND NEW SCHOOL - ST JOHN's ce academy

Location: Grove, near Wantage  OX12 0GR

Contract Type: Permanent

Start Date: May 2023

Pay Scale: G6 £22,777 - £24,948 (Actual Salary between £19,535 - £21,397)

Hours: Part-time/ Full-time

37 hours per week over 5 days (term time plus 5 days per year) 8am-4pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new School as an Admin Officer. You may be from an administration, office management, finance or HR background but most importantly you will relish the challenge of a fast-paced, diverse role where no two days will be the same.

A highly organised, pragmatic problem solver, calm under pressure with the ability to lead and effectively influence others, you will have excellent communication skills and enjoy the varied daily interaction with staff, parents and of course our children.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through an effective school office.

Working in a brand-new school is a unique opportunity. A flexible approach with a can-do ethos is required, as is drive, and enthusiasm.
